ROCA INDUSTRY HOLDINGROCK1 S.A. is a Romanian company, established in September 2021 and listed on the AeRO Premium Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange ("BVB") in January 2022. ROCA Industry shares have been listed on the BVB Main Market in the Standard Category since March 11, 2024.

ROCA Industry is the first strategic project of ROCA Investments, which brings together Romanian companies that produce building materials under the umbrella of a specialized holding company.
