International Caviar Corporation (http://www.iccsa.ro) is a Romanian company specialized in the breeding of aquatic animals and plants for commercial purposes (aquaculture). Founded in Calan, Hunedoara County, in 2008, the company has in its heritage the queen fish, owning the know-how for the breeding and raising of sturgeons in captivity and having licenses and authorizations for the production and distribution of caviar in the European Union, through authorized points of work in Germany. International Caviar Corporation has been listed since 1999 on the multilateral trading system of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, currently on the AeRO market, with the stock symbol AMAL.
Perla Covasnei is a Romanian company whose main activity is the production and bottling of natural mineral waters. Established in 1991, Perla Covasnei currently bottles a wide range of private label brands, as well as its own brands, among the most important clients being Kaufland, Rama Clau and Azuga Waters. Even though the mineral water market in Romania is dominated by large producers, such as Romaqua Group (Borsec), Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Corporation (Dorna), European Drinks (Izvorul Minunilor) and Rio Bucovina (Bucovina), Perla Covasnei has managed to capture an important share of the private label bottling market. Perla Covasnei has been listed since 1996 on the multilateral trading system of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, currently on the AeRO market, with the stock symbol PELA.
